Through deliberative research we hold the mirror to systems, organisations and people to develop a clear insight plus an evidence base to support action by asking the right questions. Examples of our work include:

- A diagnostic piece of work to explore the potential for enhanced strategic and operational joint working between Suffolk County Council, Ipswich Borough Council and the Department for Work and Pensions focusing on citizens receiving disability benefits and support.
- System Change, Collaboration, and Complex Needs – in partnership with Lankelly Chase, a diagnostic to understand the interrelation between these three areas in Coventry.
